PARKING COMMITTEE


Approved by Executive Committee of Medical Board as a Standing Committee on February 21, 1950.

STATEMENT OF CHARGE TO COMMITTEE:

1. To monitor the allocations of parking privileges to CPMC professional and non-professional personnel and to advise the Administration regarding priorities for same.

2. To monitor the rules and regulations concerning the use of the parking facilities and their application, and to arbitrate complaints regarding same.

3. To consider requests for special privileges because of physical disabilities or professional responsibilities, and to advise the Administration regarding same.

4. To keep the Medical Board informed regarding all matters related to parking at the CPMC.

5. Voting members of this committee shall include: The Director of Parking, representatives from Nursing, physicians from the various clinical services and others as deemed appropriate by the Chairperson.

6. Meets monthly.

7. Reports annually to Medical Board.
