JOINT RESIDENCY PROGRAM COMMITTEE

Executive Committee of Medical Board on April 3, 1957 approved Residency Program Committee as a Standing Committee of Medical Board. Joint Committee approved by Medical Board on October 15, 1968.

STATEMENT OF CHARGE TO COMMITTEE:

1. Acts in an advisory capacity to the Medical Board and the Dean of the College of Physicians & Surgeons on any or all problems pertaining to House Staff programs.

2. Members appointed by President of Medical Board in conjunction with Dean.

3. Voting members of this committee shall include: Representatives from Medical Affairs Administration, Dean's Office, various residency program directors and others as deemed appropriate by the chairperson.

4. Meets monthly.

5. Reports annually to Medical Board.
