SPECIAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS (SHP) COMMITTEE

Approved by Executive Committee of Medical Board as a Standing Committee on January 20, 1988.

STATEMENT OF CHARGE TO COMMITTEE:

1. Review applications and statement of duties, responsibilities and scope of activities, as well as method to be used for the supervision of the SHP.

2. Identify Service(s) that would be interested in the SHP and assign to the Service that most broadly represents the activities of the SHP.

3. Make recommendation to Executive Committee of Medical Board on appointments.

4. Identify all SHP that are currently working at The Presbyterian Hospital.

5. Meets monthly.

6. Reports annually to Medical Board.
