Conference Room Guidelines
The conference room will be made available 30 minutes prior to start of meeting and 30 minutes after meeting for set-up and clean up as necessary. You will not be charged for this extra hour. You are responsible for returning the room to its original state should you reorganize the furniture.
You are responsible for your Audio-Visual needs. If Audio-Visual services are required, you must call 5-HELP to arrange for assistance. Video-conferencing is not available at this time.
A telephone is available in the room for conference call use. If long distance service is needed, you must enter a long distance access code to place the call. (Conference Room #: 212-305-0673)
Your FAS Account number is required to secure room booking. The room rental fee is $100 per hour. The charge will be processed on the scheduled meeting date.
Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance. If you do not cancel your reservation via email within 24 hours of scheduled meeting time, the FAS Account provided will be charged a fee of 25% of the total cost of your reservation. The Department of Dermatology reserves the right to cancel standing reservations due to excessive no-shows or cancellations and last minute Department needs.
