Clinical Survey

At select clinical sites across the country, we will interview mothers of chronically ill children to assess whether state TANF policies have had an effect on child and maternal health care outcomes, utilization and insurance status. We will focus specifically on requirements of welfare-to-work programs that may act as barriers to obtaining health care.
