Due to limitations in the html standard, in the following errata, Greek letters are designated by their English spellings enclosed in single quotation marks.

Page 36. The last sentence before eq. 2.28 should be "Using [2.19] yields", not "U 'gamma' sing yields".

Page 37. The fourth line from the bottom of the first paragraph should be "three equations 2.28-2.30", rather than "three equations 2.29-2.30".
