Registered nurse Patricia Kringas brings twelve years of research experience to the Center. Patricia assists patients to meet the rigor and pace of various experimental protocols. The research process requires precision and attention to details not only by staff but also by the patients recording information as dictated by protocols. Pat manages the data and works with the various clinical monitors to reassure the public of the integrity of the data. The inpatient diabetes education program is being developed and launched incorporation with the division of surgery, nursing, social work services and the nutrition unit. Patricia received her BSN degree in Nursing from Mount St. Mary College and her Master's degree in Nursing Education from New York University.
