Patricia coordinates the care of hospitalized patients with diabetes. The focus of the inpatient program is to provide excellent diabetes education and management and to help the patient become more proficient in self-care techniques to use at home, She enjoys working with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to diabetes care.

Patricia graduated with a BS in nursing from La Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, in Bogota, Columbia. She is a Certified Diabetes Educator, and a Certified Medical-Surgical Nurse.
