Visiting Information

To get to Babies Hospital:

Babies and Children's Hospital is located on a 20-acre campus in the Washington Heights/Inwood section of Manhattan. The Medical Center is adjacent to the George Washington Bridge and is a 20 minute subway ride from midtown Manhattan. The bridge is 15 blocks north of the hospital and serves as the center of a parkway system that allows easy access to New Jersey and Upstate. Consult the Babies and Children's Hospital website for detailed traveling instructions.

To get to the NICU:
The NICU is primarily located on the 12th floor of Babies & Children's Hospital. (Turn left after exiting the main elevators.) Consisting of many rooms combined to form the unit, the NICU provides the highest level of care to critically-ill infants.
