ROLE OF THE STEERING COMMITTEE

The CIRAR/TIRAR Steering Committee meets regularly to:
  • Discuss and contribute to the progress of each grant
  • Facilitate communication among and between research teams and resolve issues, challenges, and difficulties
  • Assess and enhance the interface among grants to potentiate their value
  • Identify gaps in knowledge in the field and develop additional interdisciplinary grants for the prevention of antimicrobial resistance
  • Plan educational and communication strategies for dissemination and sharing of knowledge
  • Evaluate the interdisciplinarity and functioning of the Center
