Application Fee & Waiver Information

The application fee is non-refundable. Applicants are responsible to complete the application by the deadline to be reviewed. Application fee waivers are reviewed on a case by case basis. Applicants must make a request at least a month prior to the deadline and submit documentation of financial constraints to the Admissions Office. Please complete the form (Application Fee Waiver Form) and submit it via e-mail to nursing@columbia.edu with Application Fee Waiver in the subject line.
