Practice Sites

Columbia University School of Nursing surveyed graduates from 2002-2004 as a means of assessing how alumni were progressing in their careers. 54% practice in hospitals, 27% in both community health centers and physician offices, 5% in home care, 4% in both schools and their own practices, 7% in both business and constant care settings, and 3% in various other sites.

Practice Locations

64% of these graduates work in New York State, 10% in New Jersey, and the remaining 26% in other states and countries.
