3. Funding Opportunities

The Office of Research Resources regularly sends relevant calls for proposals, program announcements, and RFAs to appropriate faculty members so that they are notified of these in a timely fashion. View a complete list of currently active National Institute of Nursing Research (NINR) RFAs and PAs. If you know of other calls for proposals to add to the next ORR Newsletter, please let Kristine Kulage know.

In addition, the Columbia University Medical Center Office of Grants & Contracts publishes a monthly online Research and Grants Journal which lists funding opportunities for research, training, and service activities in the biomedical and behavioral sciences, including those from federal agencies, state and local governments, voluntary health organizations, and foundations.

There are several Funding Databases to which Columbia University subscribes. These databases can be searched online via keyword and several also provide regular e-mail notifications which can be set up with specific preferences by the user.
