13. Continuing Education and Training Courses

The Office of Research Resources is planning a spring 2006 continuing education course: “NIH Study Sections: Assignment and Review Process” The course will be led by a SON faculty panel with experience serving on NIH review panels.   • The Columbia University Health Sciences Library software workshops for Fall 2005 include courses on Windows XP, Mac OS X, Excel I, II, & III, Endnotes, Computer Security, E-mail Essentials, Powerpoint I & II, Photoshop I, Scanning, and Poster Making. These courses are FREE to Columbia faculty, staff, and students.

    The Columbia University Human Resources Office Fall 2005 Training and Development Program includes courses on:
