Humanitarian Assessments
Sanctions had a complicated impact on Serbia and other parts of the former Yugoslav Republic. We assisted the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs(OCHA) to develop the monitoring capacity of UN organizations during sanctions and helped identify the major opportunities and risks for stabilization when sanctions and the Milosevic government came to an end.
