Overview of Care at CWRC
The Center for Women’s Reproductive Care - Columbia University in New York City

The Center for Women’s Reproductive Care (the CWRC) is a group practice staffed by full-time faculty of Columbia University in New York City. At the CWRC, we are committed to helping patients find ways to achieve pregnancy. In fulfilling this objective, we strive to provide patients with the best possible clinical care and related support services. Advanced infertility care at CWRC involves an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, embryologists, and administrative, billing, reception, and support staff, all of whom are committed to our philosophy of care. Our team approach allows for consistent high-quality care as well as the benefits of collaboration and shared research. These attributes have made us one of the largest, longest-standing, and most successful infertility centers in New York and in the nation.  Expanded financial access to services is made possible through our various managed care contacts, patient financing, and participation in the New York State Department of Health Infertility Demonstration Program.

Our fertility clinic helps women and couples who are trying to conceive, and specializes in both basic treatment methods, such as Clomid cycles, male factor infertility, and artificial insemination (IUI), as well as more advanced forms of treatment ,including in vitro fertilization (IVF) and frozen embryo transfer (FET).  We perform preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) and work to treat a number of conditions such as endometriosis and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS).  The Center also specializes in challenging cases and is known to accept patients whose prognosis for success is low.
