Clinical Expertise:
A wide range of clinical and consulting experience as an occupational therapist, including neurological, geriatric, and traumatic brain injury rehabilitation, and assessment and intervention in infants and school age children.

  • 2006 Summer, New York University Steinhardt Challenge Grant. Manual ability and quality of life in patients receiving outpatient hand rehabilitation services—a database approach.
  • 2003 NIDRR Switzer Distinguished Research Fellowship Award, declined.
  • 3/15/01–9/30/02. Co-investigator and project director (50% effort). “Program evaluation of prosthetic and sensory aids services.” Project funded by Department of Veterans Affairs to Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. with a subcontract to Rehabilitation Institute Research Corporation / Northwestern University (Allen W. Heinemann, PI).
