Dr. Lerner, our recent graduate, has been awarded a Physician Science Award administered under a NIH-CHRC Career Development Award (K12) for study of diabetic nephropathy and the Receptor on Advanced Glycation End-Products (RAGE) in Dr. Ann Marie Schmidt’s lab. She also participates in the training of our fellows and residents. She is Board eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology.
