Nephrology
The
Pediatric Nephrology Division is a major referral service for infants and
children with kidney diseases, high blood pressure, and disorders of fluids
and electrolytes. There is an active dialysis and renal transplant service.
Social work and psychiatry support services are actively involved. The team
provides group meetings and counseling sessions for children with kidney
disease and informational meetings for parents. |
