The Division of Pediatric Nephrology is a major referral service for infants
and children with renal diseases, hypertension, and disorders of fluids
and electrolytes. There are hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis programs
as well as an active renal transplant service. The Division provides a renal
transplantation program for children from units where transplantation is
not available.
