Description:Open to third and fourth year medical students who have completed the required clerkships in medicine, surgery, and pediatrics. The program consists of four to six week clerkships in general, pediatric, and surgical nutrition. Scholarships are only for students who do not have clinical nutrition clerkships available at their own schools. Students accepted into the program will receive a $700 award to defray living and traveling costs. Deadline: August 1 for December­June clerkships. February 1 for June­December clerkships.
