AFFAIRS OF THE HEART®

AFFAIRS OF THE HEART is dedicated to educating women about the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular and related diseases.

Heart disease is the number one killer of American women. In the U. S., all cardiovascular diseases combined claim more than 500,000 lives each year, and over 48% of these are women.

To promote health awareness and education, the Affairs of the Heart Committee sponsors three major programs annually—our Luncheon Seminar, a free Women’s Health Fair, and Merit Scholarship funding to graduating high school seniors.
