Save the Date: Parkinson’s Symposium
On Oct. 11 and 12, 2007, the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation based at CUMC will present its 50th anniversary educational symposium, ”Frontiers in Science and Clinical Advances in Quality of Life,” in collaboration with the Movement Disorder Society. The symposium was created by Stanley Fahn, M.D., the H. Houston Merritt Professor of Neurology and chairman of the Foundation’s scientific program committee, and Lucien Cote, M.D., professor emeritus of neurology, and Karen Marder, M.D., the Sally Kerlin Professor of Neurology, co-chairs of its clinical advances in quality of life program committee. This educational symposium is open to everyone touched by Parkinson’s disease researchers, clinicians, allied health professionals, people with Parkinson’s and caregivers.
