GERALD FISCHBACH, M.D., has been appointed the John E. Borne Professor of Medical and Surgical Research (in Pharmacology). Dr. Fischbach was the executive vice president for health and bio-medical sciences, the Margaret Hatch Professor of the University and Dean of the Faculties of Health Sciences and Medicine from February 2001 to June 2006. RANDO ALLIKMETS, PH.D., has been appointed the William and Donna Acquavella Associate Professor of Ophthalmic Science (in Ophthalmology and Pathology). |
