Envision 2000 Update

Galene Kessin, assistant vice president for human resources, says the University's Envision 2000 project is moving along as planned. Envision 2000 is an initiative to redesign the human resources and payroll functions. Phase one of the project, which examined policies, processes, and systems from a University-wide perspective and from the viewpoint of schools and departments, began in February and ended in August.

An interim report was presented to the project's advisory committee this summer. The reinvented processes and recommendations will be announced this month.
