Keeping a New Year's resolution to reduce your stress level just got easier. The Complementary Care Center offers a number of self-enhancement classes to Health Sciences faculty and staff as well as students and friends during lunch time and after work. The classes range from the basic fundamentals of stress management, to yoga, Qigong, and tai chi and aim to help individuals lessen their stress levels and thus improve health, happiness, and productivity. Pictured above, a group of CPMC employees learn relaxation techniques in a stress management course taught by a Complementary Care Center certified integral yoga instructor and stress management specialist. More information on class times and locations can be obtained by calling Sarah Shaines in the Complementary Care Center at 305-9622 (ext. 69622).
