The 175,000-gross-square-foot Russ Berrie Medical Science Pavilion is the first dedicated research facility constructed on the Health Sciences campus since the Hammer Health Sciences Building was completed in the mid-1970s. It is the second building in the Audubon Biomedical Science and Technology Park, which will ultimately include five buildings.
