ATTENTION! FREE FLU SHOTS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE STUDENT HEALTH SERVICE FOR ALL STUDENTS WHO ARE ENROLLED IN THE SHS BEGINNING OCTOBER 13, 2008! --Receipt of a flu shot, or a signed declination form is required for all clinical students. No appointment is required.
